If You’re Unable to Attend: Please let us know 24 hours ahead of time at pictureitplayers@gmail.com, and we’ll happily change the name on your order for pickup.

Exchanges: We’ll try to accommodate you, but exchanges depend on availability and are entirely at the discretion of our staff. Any exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance – no exceptions!
